Taptap Send is hiring a Global Business Development Lead to drive international expansion from Paris, Dubai or London. You will partner with the Head of Business Development to identify markets, negotiate partnerships, and launch cross-border fintech collaborations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, market expansion, or similar in a high-growth company.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships or launch businesses across multiple international markets.
• Experience in emerging markets; Africa experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Translate global growth priorities into actionable plans with the Head of Business Development.
• Own end-to-end partnership development across markets, from outreach to negotiation and launch.
• Identify and prioritize new countries, corridors, partners, and opportunities based on impact and value.
• Source, negotiate, and execute partnerships with banks, fintechs, payment providers, and ecosystem players.
• Develop market-entry and partnership strategies aligned with local needs, regulation, and commercial realities.
• Build relationships with senior external stakeholders across cultures and organizations.
• Coordinate with product, operations, compliance, legal, finance, and commercial teams to launch partnerships.
