Mistral AI is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer. The role demands exceptional organization, proactive coordination across time zones, and discretion in communications.

Based in Paris with travel to the US and other Mistral offices, you will manage calendars, prepare briefing materials, coordinate events, and act as a primary liaison for the CRO’s office, partnering with operations and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level leaders, preferably in tech or consulting.
• Strong English communication; French is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, discreet, and able to handle high-ambiguity environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars for the CRO.
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and notes for leadership meetings.
• Coordinate international travel and events.
• Serve as primary liaison with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain documentation and CRM-related tasks.
