Yahoo is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to support the Global Events & Experiential Marketing team. This highly-visible role focuses on strategic planning, execution, and oversight of Yahoo’s B2B, B2C, and internal events.

You will coordinate registrations, travel, budgets, and vendor contracts, develop materials in Google Slides, and report metrics in Google Sheets. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in events or operations are required; strong organizational and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience in an administrative, operations, project coordination, events, or related support role.
• Highly proficient in the entire Google Suite.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple projects by tracking deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate event registration and attendee data across platforms (Google Docs, JiffleNow, SplashThat).
• Develop and maintain presentation materials and meeting decks using Google Slides.
• Collect, organize, and maintain project data, event metrics, and reporting using Google Sheets.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including hotel room blocks and transportation manifests.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with AI-assisted workflows to improve turnaround times.
