Scaleway SAS is expanding its Field Marketing team to support a growing events program across multiple regions. You will help plan and execute marketing events, ensuring high-quality participant experiences and seamless operations.

The role offers collaboration with marketing and sales teams in an international environment, with opportunities to grow as events scale. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing/Events, have internship experience in event coordination, and are

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or Project Management.
• First experience in event organization or coordination (internship, apprenticeship, student job, or associative experience).
• Strong interest in event operations, logistics, and field marketing.
• Comfortable with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Suite, Slack, or similar.
• Professional written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the logistics of events (orders, deliveries, goodies, materials, and assets).
• Ensure on-site event operations, including setup, coordination, and real-time issue resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Support installation and dismantling of event booths and spaces.
