Y.CO is seeking a Sales Operations professional to support a Senior Sales Broker, coordinating yacht listings, client proposals and transaction processes to enable business development and closures.

You will manage documentation, prepare presentations and marketing materials, coordinate listing activity, and collaborate with Marketing and Creative to keep data accurate across systems while contributing market intelligence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a sales support role within yacht sales.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
• Strong understanding of the yachting market and industry.
• Experience supporting onboarding of new Central Agency listings and yacht closings, including managing associated documentation and processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Organise and maintain sales documentation and records for the broker.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for client pitches and listings.
• Coordinate listing activity and ensure all systems are up to date.
• Liaise with Marketing and Creative teams to support yacht listings, events and promotions.
• Contribute to market intelligence, assist with research, client proposals and maintaining yacht data across systems.
