Airbus SAS is seeking a Migration Solution Manager to lead ERP migration strategies (S/4HANA) across global manufacturing sites from Toulouse. You will bridge IT roadmaps with shop floor realities and drive Epics from complex issues to actionable delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in ERP deployment, SAP modules, and proven SAFe/Agile change management experience, with English proficiency and travel ~20%. Airbus supports flexible working and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
Minimum 10 years of experience in complex, highly regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense).
10+ years of ERP deployment experience, specifically SAP modules (ideally S/4HANA).
Proven track record in SAFe/Agile frameworks and large-scale Change Management implementation.
Advanced level in English (French or German is a plus) and willingness to travel (~20%).

Structure complex operational issues into actionable Epics and resolve technical roadblocks.
Influence the global ERP roadmap governance through accurate priority management.
Ensure smooth operational handover up to effective value delivery on manufacturing sites.
Interface with digital teams to align cutting-edge technology trends with plant constraints.
