Job summary

Airbus SAS in Toulouse seeks an ERP Solution Manager to drive the SAP S/4HANA transition and translate ERP roadmaps into operational solutions that boost supply chain and production ramp-up.

This role sits in the Digital for Operation department and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP improvements.

Fluency in English and French, plus extensive ERP and SAFe experience, are essential for partnering with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in complex, highly-regulated industries (Aerospace/Automotive/Defense).
• 10+ years ERP deployment experience, including at least 5 years on SAP S/4HANA with advanced SAP modules.
• Proven experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies and Change Management initiatives.
• Advanced level in English and French; German a plus; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate shop-floor operational needs into end-to-end Supply Chain and Demand processes.
• Ensure SAP architecture compliance using a Fit-to-Standard approach within Multi-Functional Teams.
• Distill complex SAP logic into clear, business-driven visual presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Redesign end-to-end operational flows to directly support aircraft production ramp-up targets.
• Collaborate with IM and site operations to bridge gaps between system standards and business value.
