Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an ERP Solution Owner (f/m) to join the Digital For Operation department in Toulouse. You will lead end-to-end ERP and SAP S/4HANA initiatives across sites, shaping the digital supply chain and production ramp-up.

You will transform shop-floor requirements into scalable processes, promote Fit-to-Standard, and communicate complex SAP logic to management. Travel about 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, manufacturing engineering, or logistics.
• At least 10 years in a complex, regulated industry with 8+ years in ERP deployments.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and modules PP, PM, MM, SD.
• Strong leadership, communication and change-management skills.
• Fluent English; French or German a plus; ~20% travel.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to transform shop-floor requirements into end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Act as a content authority to ensure a Fit-to-Standard approach and limit developments.
• Translate complex SAP logic into clear visuals for management buy-in.
• Reinvent end-to-end flows to support production ramp-up in aeronautics.
• Drive definition of the S/4HANA manufacturing product for a new digital supply chain; frequent travel.
