WIN SOURCE is seeking an International Sales Representative to develop new customers and manage RFQs, quotation support, and follow-up across assigned markets. You will build relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and support the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.

You will collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics and quality teams to address component availability, lead-time pressure, and lifecycle transitions, helping to grow into broader account management roles in

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or related roles.
• Experience in electronic components or supply chains is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage opportunities end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across markets.
• Identify business opportunities through market research and follow-up.
• Support the full sales process: RFQ handling, quotations, order follow-up, delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with sourcing, logistics and quality teams to address shortages and lifecycle risks.
• Maintain CRM data and update opportunity records for long-term development.
