Mars France seeks an experienced eB2B Deployment Manager to accelerate the rollout of Salesforce Commerce Cloud across Europe under the ORBIT program. You will lead deployments, manage risks and timelines, and collaborate with global and local business teams to drive Mars' digital commerce transformation at scale.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT project management and proven experience deploying eCommerce platforms, with strong stakeholder skills and fluency in English.

Competenze

• 7 years of IT project management experience delivering complex, multi-market projects.
• Hands-on experience deploying eCommerce platforms (B2B portals) across multiple regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.

Mansioni

• Lead End-to-End Deployments: drive deployment of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, from Pre-Project to final Hypercare exit.
• Manage Key Stakeholders: facilitate governance meetings and maintain transparency with regional and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: lead teams of up to 20 cross-functional associates and external partners.
• Mitigate Risks & Issues: proactively identify, track, and resolve project risks to secure deployment timelines.
