CEVA Logistics seeks an IT Service Delivery Leader - Commerce to oversee CRM, e-commerce platforms, and corporate websites within a global IT organization. You will partner with business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-efficient commerce solutions across multiple regions.

The role demands strong experience in e-commerce technologies, architecture, and cross-functional leadership, with fluent English (French appreciated).

• Proven experience with e-commerce tech: CRM, eCommerce platforms, marketing tools, corporate sites.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture roadmap, and long-term evolution of the commerce domain.
• Lead delivery, support, performance, and continuous improvement of platforms including Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon, Bloomreach, Bynder, and company websites.
• Coordinate digital commerce program streams with functional leaders to ensure value delivery.
• Oversee product lifecycle management: backlog prioritization, maintenance, upgrades, support, decommissioning.
• Ensure service availability, SLA compliance, incident resolution, problem management, and operational excellence across all Commerce apps.
• Manage resource planning, vendor relationships, and team capacity for project delivery and RUN operations.
• Drive GDPR compliance, internal controls, IT standards, QA processes, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Lead security and risk management initiatives with IT security teams.

Context: In the context of CEVA’s strategic international digital transformation programs, we are looking for an IT Service Delivery Leader - Commerce to join our Global IT organization. Reporting to the IS Business Services Director, this role is responsible for the delivery, performance, and evolution of the Commerce technology landscape, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across CRM, e-commerce, Marketing, and corporate web platforms while partnering closely with business and commercial stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture roadmap, and long-term evolution of the commerce domain.
  Lead the delivery, support, performance, and continuous improvement of platforms including Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon, Bloomreach, Bynder, and company websites.
• Coordinate digital commerce program streams in partnership with functional leaders to ensure successful execution and business value delivery.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including backlog prioritization, maintenance, upgrades, support, and decommissioning activities.
• Ensure service availability, SLA compliance, incident resolution, problem management, and operational excellence across all Commerce applications.
• Manage resource planning, vendor relationships, and team capacity to support both project delivery and RUN operations.
• Drive compliance with GDPR, internal controls, IT standards, quality assurance processes, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Lead security and risk management initiatives by implementing security recommendations, patches, and remediation actions in collaboration with IT security teams.

Yourprofile :

• Proven experience leading complex IT service delivery, digital transformation programs, or application portfolios within a global environment.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in e-commerce technologies, including CRM, eCommerce platforms, marketing solutions, and corporate websites.
• Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, integration strategies, enterprise architecture, and modern service delivery practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Fluent in English, Fluency in French appreciated
