Mistral AI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Early Careers to build and run our global early careers strategy, including internships, graduate hiring, and campus recruitment. You will own the full lifecycle from sourcing to conversion, partnering with international schools and university partners to create inclusive, well-structured programs that feed future Mistral talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, preferably tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience with global early careers, internships, or graduate recruitment.
• Expertise in international school and university partnerships.
• Proven ability to build inclusive intern programs with strong PM skills.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze metrics and optimize processes.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

• Design and execute strategic early careers programs with goals for intern and graduate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on priorities.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for interns and early careers hires globally.
• Build partnerships with international schools and universities for multi-year sourcing.
• Create inclusive intern programs with structured objectives and mentoring.
• Lead global campus recruitment activities and employer branding for student markets.
• Build scalable workflows and tools to support rapid growth across geographies.
• Represent Mistral as an ambassador on campus and internally.
