• Proven success building partnerships with universities and schools.
• Track record designing inclusive intern programs with clear objectives.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze recruitment metrics.

Responsabilités

• Design and run strategic early careers programs for interns and graduates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People team to define roles and scale interview panels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and early careers hires globally.
• Build partnerships with international schools and universities.
• Create inclusive programs with mentor/buddy systems across cohorts.
• Lead campus recruitment efforts and employer branding initiatives.
• Develop scalable workflows and tools to support rapid growth.
