Mars France is seeking a Global DRY Technology Specialist to lead the industrialization of DRY products across Royal Canin manufacturing networks. You will own development and publication of DRY specifications, drive process and product standards, and manage validations across regions.

The role requires 5+ years in food technology, strong cross-cultural collaboration, and English fluency. Location near Montpellier, onsite, with global impact and career growth opportunities within Mars Petcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering (mechanical, chemical, food; packaging preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in food technology development, process scale-up or R&D in factory environments.
• Experience in multicultural international companies is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead DRY INDUSTRIALIZATION across global networks and ensure deployment of industrialization processes for Royal Canin products.
• Develop and publish DRY R&D specifications for manufacturing standards across ROYAL CANIN and PETNUTRITION networks.
• Define process and product specifications for new raw materials and DRY technology upgrades.
• Support deployment of product and process validations across the manufacturing network and establish knowledge management for DRY technology.
