Lonza Group is seeking a Director, Master Data and Systems to define and execute the global Master Data strategy across CHI Supply Chain. You will establish governance, data standards, and scalable solutions to support growth and digital transformation.

In this leadership role you will build a standalone, shared services capability, drive global data ownership, and ensure continuity during carve-outs and transitions while partnering with IT, Quality, Finance, and Operations to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain, data management, or related field.
• 10+ years in Master Data Management, Data Governance and Supply Chain.
• Deep technical/functional experience with SAP Master Data structures, data architecture, and ERP implementations.
• Fluency in English, strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Define the global Master Data strategy and governance framework for CHI Supply Chain.
• Architect and implement scalable data and system solutions, enable data ownership and continuous improvement.
• Lead the build-out of a standalone Master Data, Analytics, Governance, and Systems capability.
• Drive transition readiness for carve-outs, acquisitions, and operating model changes.
• Ensure alignment of data standards with business strategy and reporting needs.
