Ipsen is seeking a Global MDM Lead to define and drive enterprise master data management strategy, governing critical data domains and platforms across regions. The role partners with Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, and delivery teams to enable data-driven decisions and compliant operations.

The candidate will own the MDM roadmap, oversee platform modernization, ensure data quality, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value in a fast-moving global biopharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Master Data Management, data platforms, or digital transformation.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-scale MDM platforms, operating models, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, stewardship, and regulatory constraints (GDPR).

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the Enterprise MDM strategy and roadmap across data domains.
• Own the Enterprise MDM platform vision, backlog, releases, and value realization.
• Lead the MDM operating model, incident management, and service delivery with KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, EA, and business functions to enable analytics and AI.
