Mars is seeking a Global Master Data Management Steward to own the quality, consistency, and lifecycle of master data across domains such as Finance, Vendor, Product, R&D, or Customer. You will bridge business operations and governance, enabling transformation and AI-driven decision-making at scale.

You will lead data policies, steward domain data, and drive governance programs with cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality and compliance across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Data Management, Data Governance or Master Data activities.
• Experience supporting MDM processes across business domains.
• Good understanding of data governance, data quality and metadata concepts.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of data platforms such as Azure or Databricks.
• Strong understanding of business processes and data flows.

Responsabilités

• Execute domain data strategy and roadmap aligned to priorities.
• Develop and communicate domain data policies, standards and CRUD processes.
• Ensure data governance compliance and maintain trust.
• Own day-to-day master data stewardship for assigned domains.
• Chair Domain Data Governance Forum and assess cross-domain impacts.
• Maintain data design documentation and lineage per global standards.
• Collaborate with Mars ecosystem and external partners on governance.
