Mars Global Services seeks a Global Master Data Business Lead to drive master data governance and adoption across domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, and Finance. You will link business operations with governance, co-create data strategies, and enable trusted data for growth and AI-driven decisions.

You will lead adoption of data policies, manage domain data design, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality, auditability, and continuous improvement across RC/Mars programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Master Data governance, data quality, and metadata concepts.
• Experience supporting MDM across business domains.
• Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of data platforms such as Azure or Databricks is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Co-create the domain data strategy and roadmap with business stakeholders.
• Communicate and drive adoption of domain data policies and CRUD processes.
• Support adherence to governance guardrails and data standards.
