Mars seeks a Global Master Data Business Lead to drive master data practices across Finance, Vendor, Product, R&D, and Customer domains, ensuring guardrails and policies are followed. You will bridge business operations and governance, driving adoption and data quality across a global, matrix environment.

You will lead domain data governance activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and support transformation programs leveraging AI tools to strengthen data foundations at scale.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a business function with Master Data expertise.
• Experience supporting MDM processes across business domains.
• Good understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce; Azure/Databricks preferred.

Responsabilités

• Co-create the domain data strategy and roadmap with stakeholders, aligning with guardrails, standards, and policies.
• Lead governance and domain data maintenance processes; drive adoption and adherence.
• Coordinate domain data design, hierarchy, and definitions in line with MGS and Petcare standards.
• Build data SMEs network to co-create solutions and reinforce adoption.
• Develop domain KPIs and track data quality and business impact.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into data definitions and rules.
• Support transformation programs and drive automation of master data activities.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance governance and efficiency.
