Zusammenfassung

Accor is seeking a Digital Learning Design & Instructional Engineering professional to shape engaging learning paths for Heartists worldwide. You will bridge creativity and technology from content design to delivery on the platform.

You will ensure content quality, learner engagement, LMS reliability and data-driven improvements across a global audience, with a strong emphasis on analytics and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology or Instructional Design (Master’s preferred).
• At least 3 years in digital content creation and LMS administration in international environments.
• Advanced command of Articulate 360 (Storyline), Vyond, Synthesia and Adobe Creative Suite, plus LMS/LxP platforms.
• Strong multi-project management, communication with global stakeholders, adaptability and creative thinking.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and professional working proficiency in French.

Aufgaben

• Draft storyboards and scripts and create engaging learning assets using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia and Vyond.
• Manage module creation with agencies or freelancers, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Translate and scale learning modules for a diverse, international audience.
• Oversee daily LMS operations and define user pathways while assisting regional Administrators.
• Analyze training KPIs to build dashboards and reports for leadership.
