Alstom is seeking a Field Operations Digital Development engineer in Île-de-France to drive development and deployment of digital solutions, notably the myField platform, for D&IS Installation & Field Operations across projects worldwide.

You will work within the central D&IS Installation team to gather requirements, support analytics, assist deployments, and train users while promoting data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in computer technology, process engineering, industrial, electrical or mechanical domain.
Business software knowledge.
Basic knowledge of digital services and web applications.
Basic railway field operations experience (Signaling or Infra Installation Construction Management).
Experience in development and training of tools.

Responsabilités

Define detailed requirements to upgrade myField and integrate it in the Alstom landscape.
Collaborate with field operations process owners to keep the solution core and user-friendly.
Support analytics requirements with the myField Program Manager.
Assist deployment managers and Key-users during regional deployments.
Collect, analyze and share lessons learned from various projects and regions.
Support training and maintenance of communication/reporting tools (SharePoint).
Cover other digital tools development as needed.
