Hager Group is seeking a Digital Application Engineer / Software Deployment Manager to own the deployment of Hagercad across France, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Africa. You will report to the Go To Market & Analytics Manager in Obernai on a permanent contract.

You will interface with markets to translate field needs into actionable requirements, coordinate launches, organize field testing, and develop training materials to promote adoption of the software across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Requires higher technical education in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in a technical, industrial or digital environment with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate field requirements into actions.

Responsabilités

• Develop training materials and support local teams to promote adoption of the software.
• Coordinate incidents and enhancement requests between markets and software teams until resolution.

Within the Connected Software Factory, the Go To Market & Analytics team acts as the bridge between our markets and Product & Software teams. We capture field needs, support product launches and ensure that our digital solutions are successfully adopted and continuously improved.

We are looking for a Digital Application Engineer / Software Deployment Manager (M/F/X) who will take ownership of the deployment of Hagercad, one of our key electrical installation design solutions, across France, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Africa.

As a Digital Application Engineer / Software Deployment Manager, you will report to the Go To Market & Analytics Manager based in Obernai, France, on a permanent contract.

What You Will Do

• Act as the main interface with Hager teams across the different markets, collect business needs and field feedback and translate them into clear and actionable requirements for Product & Software teams.
• Facilitate regular exchanges with teams in France, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Africa through workshops, alignment meetings, request follow-up and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive the market launch of new Hagercad releases by preparing communication materials, release notes and deployment plans and coordinating launches with the relevant countries.
• Organise field testing with local markets, analyse user feedback and contribute to identifying product improvements and future enhancements.
• Develop training and enablement materials and support local teams in promoting, understanding and driving adoption of the software.
• Coordinate incidents and enhancement requests between markets, Product Owners and Software teams through to resolution, while using field feedback to continuously improve products and processes.

Your Profile

• Higher technical education, ideally an Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Industrial IT or another relevant technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical, industrial, digital or application-related environment involving interactions with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of technical and digital environments; knowledge of electrical engineering is a strong asset, together with the ability and interest to quickly develop expertise in this field.
• Previous experience with an electrical panel builder, engineering office, electrical installer or comparable industrial environment, highly appreciated.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills, with the ability to structure field requirements, identify friction points and translate them into concrete actions.
• Autonomy, proactivity and strong teamwork skills in an international and multicultural environment, combined with fluent French and professional English; German would be an additional asset.
