WPP Media Limited seeks a Data Governance Director to enforce global data standards, taxonomy integrity, and compliance across luxury Maisons and markets. You will transition data operations from manual checks to an automated Prevention–Monitoring–Correction framework, ensuring high quality input for global reporting and Optimus dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of proven experience in Digital Data Governance, Taxonomy Management, or Media Data Operations.
• Strong AdOps background with hands‑on experience in digital tracking, ad serving, and multi‑market data compliance.
• Technical knowledge of taxonomy architecture, dynamic UTM/naming structures, Accutics, GA4, server‑side tracking, and campaign management workflows.
• Stakeholder management: enforce governance standards across multi‑brand, multi‑agency, international teams.
• Great autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a strategic mindset with clear communication of technical standards to executives and operations.

Responsabilités

• Data Governance & Taxonomy Management across luxury Maisons and markets.
• Framework & Model Ownership: Build, own, and execute the end‑to‑end Prevention–Monitoring–Correction data model.
• Annual Taxonomy Review: Lead yearly taxonomy review, cleanup, and integration of new data dimensions across all Maisons.
• Naming Conventions: Enforce standardized naming conventions globally, including unique Campaign IDs for automated aggregation.
• AdTech & Tracking Governance: Oversee tracking standards across server‑side tagging, GA4, channel grouping governance, and migrations.
• Operations & Compliance Management.
• Data Accuracy Enforcer: Drive global data compliance to 95% accuracy across channels, Maisons, and markets.
• Input Data Readiness: Ensure clean input data flows into Optimus dashboards and WPP Open.
• Team & Process Oversight: Direct Data Operations Executives on automated data validation.
