Ubisoft Data Office is seeking a Data Governance Standards Specialist to lead governance initiatives, improve frameworks, and drive data trust and regulatory compliance across Ubisoft’s data assets.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, promote best practices for data products, and grow governance capabilities within the organization, reporting to the Ubisoft Mobile Headquarter.

Qualifications

• Confirmed experience as a data expert or lead in a data team.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across business and technology teams.
• Ability to articulate the value of Data Governance within the company.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and monitor Data Governance initiatives and sub-streams.
• Define and improve the Data Governance Framework and operating model.
• Assess business/tech needs for Data Governance and implement standards.
• Coordinate Data Domain asset inventory with business and data teams.
• Collaborate with technical partners to promote internal standards for data products.
