Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a Data Governance Standards Specialist to join the Data Office at the International Headquarters. You will lead governance initiatives, define the framework, and ensure data security and regulatory compliance across the company.

In this role you will partner with technical and business teams to promote standards, drive adoption of data governance by design, mentor data teams, and report progress while staying current on data industry trends.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as data expert, business analyst, or project manager.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional, multi-team projects.
• Ability to communicate with varied hierarchical levels.
• Thorough knowledge of business functions and objectives.
• Clear ability to articulate data governance value.
• Strong ownership, self-starter, data- and results-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead and monitor one or several Data Governance initiatives and all the associated sub-streams of work.
• Contribute to the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of the Data Governance Framework and its operating model.
• Assess business & technology needs from a Data Governance perspective and identify & implement adequate standards and solutions.
• Support the inventory of Data Domain products and underlying data assets with the help of business and data teams.
• Coordinate actions with business and Data Domain teams to apply data governance requirements to their assets.
• Drive change through Ubisoft by engaging partners and progressing to a target state where Data governance is applied by default.
• Contribute to ensuring Data Protection (e.g., Data Access Mgmt. & Regulatory Compliance).
• Collaborate with technical partners to define internal standards for Data Product design and development.
