WPP Media seeks a Data Governance Director to lead global standards, enforce taxonomy integrity, and ensure compliance across luxury Maisons and markets. You will lead the automated Prevention–Monitoring–Correction framework to deliver high-quality data for global reporting and WPP Open integrations.

You will own taxonomy/ naming conventions, oversee AdTech governance, and drive data accuracy to 95% while coordinating with Data Operations and executives across multi-brand teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Digital Data Governance or related fields.
• Strong AdOps background with hands-on tracking and multi-market data.
• Deep understanding of taxonomy architecture and dynamic naming structures.
• Experience enforcing governance across multi-brand and international teams.
• Excellent autonomy, organization, and diplomacy.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end data governance model (Prevention–Monitoring–Correction).
• Lead annual taxonomy review and integration across Maisons.
• Enforce naming conventions and campaign IDs for automated aggregation.
• Drive data accuracy to 95% across channels and markets.
• Oversee tracking governance and server-side initiatives.
