Aligned Data Centers is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to direct day-to-day operations and shape the strategic direction of major construction programs across multiple regions. You will lead a team of 2–3 direct reports and coordinate with 25+ external vendors including GC, A&E, and commissioning agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years progressive experience in commercial construction management.
• Experience overseeing data center construction and capital expenditures >$100M+.
• Strong knowledge of global construction processes and schedules.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling, cost estimating and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across international regions.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of construction projects across multiple regions.
• Lead a team of 2-3 direct reports and coordinate 25+ external vendors per project.
• Organize cross-functional groups (design, procurement, IT/Network, finance) to implement best practices.
• Ensure contracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and documentation controls are managed.
• Inspect work for quality, schedule, and specifications; report progress to management.
