DATA4 Group is seeking a Buyer – Construction to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract management for data center construction, ensuring timely, cost-effective decisions aligned with project objectives and the group’s environmental goals.

You will define procurement strategies for civil works, equipment, and services, manage supplier contracts, and collaborate with project teams across Europe to optimize outcomes, drive value, and mitigate risks with a focus on CSR and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Demonstrable delivery of cost and CAPEX savings.
• Familiarity with OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed).
• Proven experience in managing international tenders and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of construction markets, equipment, and services procurement.
• Proficient in cost analysis (TCO, should-cost) and risk management.
• Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent frameworks.
• High ethical standards, resilience under pressure, and deadline-driven.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement procurement strategies for civil works, equipment, and services aligned with group objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to diversify the network.
• Conduct market intelligence to anticipate trends and mitigate risks.
• Create procurement synergies across European construction projects.
• Establish relationships with strategic suppliers and monitor performance for contract compliance.
