Giga Energy is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead on-site civil construction at active data center sites, overseeing earthwork, foundations, and utilities. You will manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and translate engineering plans into built reality.

Join a fast-paced team delivering critical infrastructure. You will work closely with Construction Manager, PMs, and civil engineers to keep projects on schedule and aligned with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in civil construction.
• 3+ years in a superintendent or equivalent field leadership role.
• Experience running civil scopes on large-scale industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities (earthwork, grading, underground utilities, foundations, site concrete).
• Coordinate and direct civil subcontractors, ensuring work is sequenced correctly and on schedule.
• Enforce site safety standards; conduct regular safety walks and toolbox talks.
• Inspect in-progress work for compliance with plans, specs, and codes.
• Maintain daily logs; track progress against schedule; flag delays or risks early.
• Coordinate with surveyors to verify grades and site conditions.
