BIC World is seeking a seasoned Global Cybersecurity Lead to mature and run our worldwide cybersecurity program across manufacturing and cloud environments. You will define strategy, lead high-performing teams, and implement controls in complex multinational operations.

The role requires experience with IAM, network segmentation, and zero-trust security across IT and OT boundaries. Reporting to the CIO, you will drive governance, risk management, and modernization initiatives while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading cybersecurity teams and programs within global organizations.
• Experience in manufacturing/OT environments is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Lead governance, policies, standards, and procedures for cybersecurity across the enterprise.
• Oversee IAM, PAM, SSO, and zero trust initiatives and governance.
• Drive network security, segmentation, and risk-based IT/OT boundaries across sites.
• Manage security operations, incident response, and vulnerability programs.
• Collaborate with executives, IT, manufacturing, legal, and external partners.
