BIC World is seeking an experienced Global Cybersecurity Director to lead and mature our cybersecurity program across a multinational manufacturing environment. You will report to the CIO, define the strategy, and drive risk-aware security across IT and OT landscapes.

The role requires deep technical leadership in IAM, PAM, network segmentation, and Zero Trust, with a track record of executive-level collaboration and measurable security improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading cybersecurity teams and programs within multinational organizations.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Lead, mature, and continuously improve cybersecurity program across a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Partner with business leaders, IT, and OT teams to integrate cybersecurity across the organization.
