GE HealthCare is seeking a dynamic leader to define and deploy the international clinical education and alignment strategy for CVUS. You will collaborate across regions and with external partners to differentiate the portfolio through effective clinical programs, partnerships, and close coordination with Marketing on competitive positioning, to maximize sales effectiveness.

The role reports to the CVUS GM International and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing,

Qualifications

• Senior profile with experience in the medical industry.
• Experience in ultrasound and cardiology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Valid driving license.
• Experience interfacing with internal teams, external customers and industry groups.
• Working level English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
• Direct customer relationship experience.
• Proven ability to communicate across a distributed workforce.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead international clinical education strategy across regions with quality and alignment to priorities.
• Develop and optimize clinical education programs addressing customer needs and care pathways.
• Coordinate regional clinical leaders for consistent execution of initiatives internationally.
• Monitor education outcomes and leverage insights to improve adoption and engagement.
• Establish and manage partnerships with third parties and educational providers.
• Co-develop educational initiatives and content to enhance credibility and market impact.
• Ensure partnerships comply with regulatory and ethical standards while delivering value.
• Partner with Marketing to align clinical messaging with competitive strategy.
• Lead clinical input into competitive analysis and translate insights into value propositions.
• Support win-rate optimization by providing clinically credible messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and R&D to integrate clinical insights into positioning and roadmaps.
• Provide regular feedback to leadership on priorities and performance.
