Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a General Manager for International Imaging Guided Systems (IGS) to define and execute go-to-market strategies across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and beyond. The role leads channel strategy, pricing and commercial execution, coordinating with product lines, services and global marketing to drive regional orders and growth.

The GM will collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams, gather customer input, and shape portfolio strategy with product and marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of sales management experience including strategic selling and negotiation.
• Strong business acumen and experience in the product area.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers in a solution-based sales process.
• Ability to resolve complex issues within the functional area and/or area of expertise.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate simply.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales teams across large global markets and optimize effectiveness.
• Develop and implement growth strategies with Product and Marketing managers.
• Ensure optimal sales coverage and review performance with regional managers.
• Collaborate with global product managers to support customer satisfaction and market opportunities.
• Drive cross-modality teamwork and maximize sales for the P&L.
• Oversee resource deployment to meet orders, revenue, and cost targets.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Set and monitor annual goals and performance across teams.
