Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking an internship in Customer Care to support Learning & Development initiatives across its global network. You will contribute to capability development, leadership growth, and transformation programs led by the Head of Customer Care Development.

You will collaborate with Regional HR, Shipping Academy, and Transformation teams to translate business priorities into learning journeys, content, and AI-enabled training. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an advanced university degree.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; French or other language is a plus.
• Strong ownership and ability to deliver on commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with community engagement tools and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Learning & Development initiatives across the CMA CGM network.
• Coordinate global capability development programs and training activities.
• Develop training curricula and manage content in the DOCEBO system.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to track training performance and adoption.
• Engage a global Customer Care network and share best practices.
• Contribute to change management and internal communications.
