Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Sales, Transport or Logistics.
• Ideally, a first professional internship.
• Good command of Office and IT tools; ability to work with the various software programs used in the Group.

Responsibilities

• Loading performance monitoring: monitor CMA CGM's loading performance on partner vessels and ensure allocations are respected.
• Stakeholder coordination: exchange information and data by phone and email with external parties and internal contacts.
• Specific operational requests: help handle Change of Destination (COD) requests, dangerous cargo loading requests with the DCO, and Out of Gauge (OOG) loadings, relaying messages.
• Data & reporting: use logistics software, update databases tracking the Line's activity, and check and circulate voyage reports.
