MoneyMania is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in crypto payments by identifying merchants and forming strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s global network.

This hands-on role focuses on new business, partnerships and revenue growth, requiring a strong crypto and payments understanding and ownership of commercial results in a fast-paced international FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Business Development / Sales in FinTech, Crypto, Payments.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients or partners.
• Strong understanding of the crypto payments and Payments ecosystem.
• Experience with PSPs, payment providers, merchants or financial partners.
• Sales mindset with ownership of commercial KPIs and revenue growth.
• Ability to analyze markets and identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• English proficiency; Russian is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new merchants, clients and strategic partners within the crypto payments ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain relationships with PSPs, payment providers and industry partners.
• Research markets and identify new opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.
• Manage the full BD cycle, from prospecting and first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Build and expand MoneyMania's global partner network across key markets.
• Own commercial KPIs and contribute directly to new business and revenue growth.
