Job summary

Betclic Group invites applications for a 6-month paid internship in Marketing Operations, based in Bordeaux. The role focuses on CRM campaigns, customer engagement, and cross-market rollout with a hybrid work model.

You will support the CRM strategy, work with multiple teams, and contribute to engaging campaigns across casino and poker markets. Fluent English and a proactive, analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing with some CRM experience.
• Thrives in environments with well-defined processes and changing conditions.
• Able to manage several priorities at once with a strong analytical mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Help manage programmes to increase engagement and value among active customers.
• Contribute to engagement campaigns: select channels, define customer segments, and coordinate deployment with Content, Studio, Data, Customer Service and others.
• Act as a facilitator to improve processes, centralise issues, and boost efficiency.
• Provide operational support for rollout of campaigns across different markets.
• Maintain reporting on customer engagement, campaign progress, and associated costs.
