Job summary

Eurostyle Systems is seeking a seasoned Costing Manager to lead all costing activities for customers from RFQ through production. You will define and implement the branch costing strategy, allocate project budgets, and guide a ~25-person team spread across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Corporate Strategy and Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in costing management within the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of costing methods and automotive market trends.
• Fluent level of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead all costing activities for all customers from RFQ to production life cycle.
• Contribute to the definition of the branch costing strategy and ensure its operational implementation.
• Manage budget allocation for projects the company is appointed to.
• Lead and develop teams (approx. 25 people) dedicated to defining technical and economic solutions for customers.
• Distribute customer accounts and workload among teams; define costing operations and procedures.
• Propose cost/quality/time trade-offs and environmental considerations.
• Provide management with visibility on load/capacity of technical centers.
• Participate in Technical Center budgeting and coordination meetings.
