SKF Group seeks a Global Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager for Aerospace, leading a two-pronged transformation across a 10-factory network with Europe and US reach. The role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, aligning supplier strategy, cost reduction and operating performance across multiple sites.

Qualificações

• Significant leadership across Supply Chain and Purchasing in a complex manufacturing context.
• Experience shaping Supply Chain transformation and standardized workflows.
• Deep knowledge of demand, supply planning, S&OP/S&OE, inventory and NWC.
• Proven ability in direct-material purchasing, category strategy and supplier negotiation.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and direct the global Aerospace Supply Chain strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Lead purchasing agenda and supplier strategy for Europe and US operations.
• Improve end-to-end visibility for faster, fact-based decisions and risk management.
• Drive integrated cost reduction and cross-functional cost-improvement initiatives.
• Develop and lead a global Supply Chain community with cross-functional collaboration.
