Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Corporate Security Manager based in France to lead a global security program, oversee investigations, and strengthen risk controls across the organization. You will manage a team of security specialists, partner with Legal, HR, Finance and IT, and drive resilience and crisis management in an international environment.

You will ensure proper evidence handling, robust background screening and effective physical-security governance while developing standards and escalation

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading sensitive internal investigations from intake to closure.
• Ability to distinguish allegations, indicators and facts to reach defensible conclusions.
• Experience investigating employee misconduct and insider-risk with control needs in mind.
• Proven case-management processes, evidence handling, confidentiality safeguards and logs.
• Translate findings into practical control improvements with remediation ownership.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Finance and Risk on sensitive matters with clear boundaries.
• Assess office access, CCTV governance and incident escalation in multi-office settings.
• Prepare concise management reports on case progress and risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on crisis, continuity and resilience.
• Partner with Cyber Defense while preserving authorized expertise for incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Security function, defining operating model, priorities and team development.
• Oversee internal investigations, case intake, evidence requirements and closure.
• Strengthen investigation practices and OSINT guidance for analysts.
• Manage background screening across sensitive roles in coordination with HR and Legal.
• Improve internal controls by identifying weaknesses and driving corrective actions.
• Track remediation and risk exposure, ensuring evidence and decisions are documented.
• Oversee physical security across offices including access-controls and CCTV.
• Coordinate safety, crisis management and business continuity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Cyber Defense on incident coordination and forensics boundaries.
• Support high-impact decisions and escalate threats to senior leadership.
