Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Technical Chief of Staff based in France to support the CTO of a fast-growing cybersecurity and web infrastructure business. You will turn strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive clear ownership across engineering projects.

You will foster alignment, manage dependencies, and improve visibility with lightweight processes while maintaining autonomy in a high-trust environment during a pivotal growth phase.

Qualifications

• Experience translating technical priorities into actionable plans across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate technical programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for decision records and updates.
• Ability to drive execution without owning every technical decision.
• Comfort working with senior leaders in a fast-growing tech organization.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Translate CTO priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership.
• Coordinate engineering milestones and dependency management across teams.
• Monitor projects using Jira; follow up on blockers and commitments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and decision records.
• Facilitate engineering discussions and capture outcomes and next steps.
• Identify risks and improve processes to enhance visibility and accountability.
