Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Application Security in France to lead a growing AI-first security program. You will manage security professionals, guide engineering teams, and drive secure development practices across a fully remote technology environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of security experience with hands-on app security.
• Proven track record maturing an application security program.
• Strong knowledge of secure software design, OWASP, and vulnerabilities.
• Ability to read code and collaborate with engineers on remediation.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading security initiatives while remaining hands-on.
• Experience using AI-enabled security tools.
• Strategic communication with leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly and prioritize security work.
• Collaborative leadership style across engineering and business.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the application security roadmap including vulnerability management and remediation.
• Conduct hands-on security reviews, triage vulnerabilities with engineers.
• Embed secure development practices across the SDLC.
• Design and implement an AI-first application security strategy.
• Partner with engineering to strengthen security without slowing delivery.
• Oversee third-party and vendor security assessments.
• Establish zero-trust principles and collaborate on IAM, logging, and monitoring.
• Lead application security incident response with infrastructure teams.
• Align security, IT operations, and compliance under a unified strategy.
• Represent security posture to leadership, customers, and auditors.
