OpportuLand is seeking a Community & Social Media Manager to own the voice across Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. You will shoot, edit, and design content daily, while engaging a global contributor community with a special emphasis on Brazil and the US.

You’ll translate complex AI topics into accessible content for a broad audience. You will work in a fast-paced startup with high ownership, deploying GenAI tools to accelerate video and translation workflows, and collaborating with creators to

Qualifications

3+ years running social media and community for a consumer app, marketplace, or creator brand.
Hands-on content creation: shoot, edit, and design using CapCut, Premiere, Figma or Canva.
Portfolio showing growth, viral videos, or community-building metrics.
Strong short-form video instincts for TikTok and Instagram.
Fluent English; Portuguese preferred.
Experience with creators and user-generated content.
High ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Own the company’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp from strategy through daily execution.
Shoot, edit, and design short-form video and visual content every day.
Use GenAI tools to speed up video, image, subtitle, and translation workflows.
Engage and grow the global contributor community, focusing on Brazil and the US.
Moderate community channels and respond quickly to concerns, rumours, or crises.
