Qualifications

• 3+ years running social media and community for a consumer app, marketplace, or creator brand.
• Hands-on content creation: shoot, edit, and design using CapCut, Premiere, Figma or Canva.
• Portfolio showing growth, viral videos, or community-building metrics.
• Strong short-form video instincts for TikTok and Instagram.
• Fluent English; Portuguese preferred.
• Experience with creators and user-generated content.
• High ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Alongside daily content, you'll engage and grow a large global community of contributors, step in quickly when questions or concerns spread in group chats, and build partnerships with creators who can tell the company's story to new audiences. The community is especially strong in Brazil, so a feel for Brazilian internet culture and the Portuguese language will make a real difference.
