Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to shape a global presence for a travel brand. You will own content planning, drive community growth, and collaborate with creators, agencies, and PR to deliver platform-native, impactful campaigns.

You will leverage social listening and performance data to optimize content and demonstrate ROI in a fast-growing, fully remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, community growth, or a closely related role.
• Strong expertise across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to translate consumer insights and trends into multi-format, platform-native campaigns.
• Proven experience developing social strategies that drive measurable brand objectives.
• Experience managing content creators, social producers, or external agencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, multi-platform social media strategies based on consumer insights and business objectives.
• Build and evolve community management frameworks to drive engagement across major platforms.
• Own the end-to-end social content calendar balancing evergreen campaigns and timely initiatives.
• Translate priorities into clear, actionable briefs for content creators and agencies.
• Collaborate with creators and agencies to ensure platform-native, relevant content.
• Monitor sentiment and performance to optimize the social strategy.
• Use analytics to demonstrate ROI and inform future campaigns.
• Lead crisis management coordination with PR and Customer Support.
• Stay ahead of emerging social trends and technologies.
