Job summary

Joko in Paris is seeking a Social Media Manager to own the strategic distribution of our voice across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will bridge creative production and algorithmic performance, using data and AI tools to maximize reach and resonance with our target audience.

Reporting to the Head of Brand & Communications, you will translate insights into a high-performing social media strategy, manage dashboards, and collaborate with Content Creator, Growth, and Brand teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media strategy or growth marketing.
• Fluent in French and English with strong editorial writing.
• Experience using AI to automate marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Joko’s social media growth and distribution strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Master platform algorithms and distribution mechanics to maximize organic reach.
• Implement AI-powered community operations for routine interactions.
• Act as human-in-the-loop for high-impact brand moments and advocacy.
• Anticipate trends and translate insights into creative briefs for content.
• Own social media performance dashboards and derive actionable insights.
• Expand the social ecosystem through creator collaborations and ambassador programs.
