This role involves managing coaching and mentoring strategies, defining standards for leadership programs, and contributing to the Group Talent Strategy. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of HR experience, particularly in career development, and must be fluent in English with knowledge of French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning or Career Development.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying career development tools.
• Experience in a large, international organization.
