Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Global Business Development Assistant to support the International Department. Based in Paris, you will analyze performance, track initiatives, and drive operational excellence worldwide, collaborating with regional and global teams.

Responsibilities include reporting by region and top doors, optimizing distribution, coordinating product launches, tracking trade calendars, and preparing market insights.

Qualifications

• Master’s student with strong analytical, synthesis, and proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Knowledge of luxury and niche fragrance markets is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global performance by region, country, channel, top doors and product; provide monthly & quarterly reports.
• Review boutiques’ monthly performance with detailed product-level analysis to identify opportunities.
• Follow up and track new distribution expansion; maintain distribution lists.
• Consolidate multi-source data to update and maintain business tracking tools.
• Coordinate product launch reporting; review regional activations (media, PR, events, visuals).
• Track and support regional trade calendars for timely execution.
• Monitor competitors’ distribution and market penetration; provide strategic insights.
• Support regional teams (Europe, Asia, Americas) with market initiatives and meetings.
• Prepare presentations for regional teams and retailers; assist in organizing the International Seminar.
