Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Global Business Development Assistant in Paris to support the International Department. You will analyze performance and drive operational excellence across regions, guided by the Global Business Development Manager for Kilian Paris and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle.

Responsibilities include analyzing regional performance, consolidating data, coordinating product launches, and supporting market visits with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s student with strong analytical skills and proactivity.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI).
• Knowledge of luxury and niche fragrance markets.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Sales or Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global performance by region, country, channel, top doors and product.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports tracking trends and sales evolution.
• Review boutiques’ monthly performance with product-level analysis.
• Track distribution expansion and maintain distribution lists.
• Coordinate product launch reporting and activations.
• Assist in market visits and regional collaboration.
