The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an intern to contribute to high-impact projects supporting Wholesale channel strategy across Europe.

You will gain hands-on experience in data-driven analysis, strategic planning, and business development initiatives, while engaging with Affiliate markets and Regional Brand Teams. Your role will evolve with business priorities and opportunities across European markets, collaborating with senior stakeholders and partners.

Qualificações

• Currently completing a Post-Graduate Degree in leading international institutions (equivalent BAC+5).
• Previous internship experience preferred; end-of-studies internship strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English required; French is strongly recommended but not mandatory.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory); strong PowerPoint skills for presentations.
• No previous sales/commercial experience needed.
• High drive, motivation, and commitment to tasks at hand.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and communicate actionable weekly and monthly retail performance dashboards for leading European retailers.
• Build and maintain retailer profiles scorecard and benchmarking tools (data on retailer sales, market share, category mix, online/BM split, store footprint, etc.).
• Support the preparation of strategic business reviews and leadership meetings (Top-to-Top, Regional Commercial Leadership, Brand Steering Committees).
• Support the preparation and performance analysis of regional contractual investments, identifying optimization opportunities and ROI drivers.
• Coordinate annual marketing presentations between regional brands and major retail partners (May–June).
• Support the development and follow-up of joint business plans with strategic retailers, including distribution expansion and retail media opportunities.
